"I've had my bike four yrs. now. I knew what I wanted to do to it, but just kept doing other "nessary" responsible things with the money. This yr. I decided to just go for it with income txs. Where I live I have a big dealership 22 mi. north of me, also one 37 mi. south of me. Over the yrs. we have been in and out of them, but if it was obvious you wasn't planning on spending money you wasn't treated rude you just wasn't treated. I came to your shop because I was going to crome out my bike and get some LOUD pipes like my husbands. Your salesman Robert walked me thru everything very carefully to be sure I understood and he knew exactly what I wanted. He was able to understand me when I said Charlie's pipes sounded like thunder. They don't make that kind anymore, but assured me the ones he recomended would do the job. Needless to say the lil over a grand I had to spend was done wisely due to your fine team you have put together. I live a long ways from you and my bike and I was treated with the upmost respect. Every person I delt with there took that extra step with honesty and thoughtfullness. I trusted what each member said and never once was it different than what they said. I talked to a few of them in the last two weeks due to some parts being ordered and so on. I had the pleasure of speaking with and being taken care of by many. These names I know are only because I spoke to them more than once. There were more kind people than this, but to thank the ones I know by name is Robert, Leon, Charlie, Ken, Dan and to the others THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I will always make the trip to you, and will recomend your business to every person I come across. Thank You and we will be seeing you before this summer is over. Charlie is going to trade bikes and we will do it nowhere else, but with you and your wonderfull staff. To everyone out there you owe it to yourself to go there and see. You will not be sorry.

"Don sold us our first Harley a couple of years ago...we absolutely love it..Sam usually sells s our hd motorclothes,went to pick up some clothes and parts the other day Sam (samantha) wasnt there...Janet waited on us, i couldnt find the shirt i wanted in my size, janet realized there was the size i need on the mannequin...she took no time in parting out the mannequin to get my size off of it..she was very pleasant and friendly and helpful..i want to thank everyone at frieze...Don,Sam, and Janet...and the parts department...U r always r very helpful...we will continue to shop there for years to come...

"The staff is wonderful in every department. Any time the wife and I are shopping in the area we stop in. The ladies working in motorclothes always find time to help my wife find the shirt/size/color/ect. that she just can't leave the dealership without. The parts dept. has always got the part I need or willing to get the books out and hunt it down and order it. When I go in just to do some window shopping I don't get hasseled or followed around. We can buy clothes and parts anywhere the staff make you feel at home and have EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. "

"Well, I finally purchased my first Harley and I couldn't have had a better experience. I purchased the pre-owned '92 FXDC and from the time I first walked in your door, to the night I got to drive it home, I was treated with the utmost professionalism as enthusiasm from the entire staff. Larry my salesman went to great lengths to answer all my questions and facilitate a smooth transaction. Roger in the parts department was of great help in answering questions and assisted my wife when she surprised me with a new windshield for the new bike. The ladies in apparel had smiles on their faces and were very nice when Larry introduced me to "the ones I’ll be spending most of my time with". Overall, I am very pleased with the service and look forward to many miles of happy riding. Thanks.

"I stopped in one day to look around like most guys, and ended up talking to Gary & Larry about bikes.I thought I was too upsidedown on my bike because of what I was told at other dealerships before.I was in to look at accessories for my old bike and ended up with a bike of my dreams at a price I could afford.It's a 2006 Softail Deluxe with Harley Detox Grind custom paint.I recommend Frieze to anyone thinking about buying a Harley and I live a mile from a Harley dealership."

"I was on my way home from a sales meeting in St. Louis and just beat the rush hr. traffic over the bridge and saw your billboard ad off the interstate. Within 5 minutes my transmission linkage on my 2003 Ultra Classic came off when I had to slow down for the road work.. I was able to tape it in place until I got your facility. It was around 6:00 when I got there and was afraid you all were not open later than that. I meet Micki at your service desk and told her my problem. She talked to Frank, we got the part from the parts dept., and he immediately installed the new linkage. In the mean time, Micki contacted the HD extended warranty department and it was covered under the plan, except for the standard deductable charge.
Fantastic service. I was back on the road in an hour and was home by 12:30 that night.

"FriezeH-D is my favorite shopping place..I enjoy the low pressure friendly atmosphere at both locations..it is worth my drive to save extra money there. The prices are much cheaper than the competion.I also like the bonus of having a stamp card for freebies...It just makes my bucks go farther..I buy all my biker gear there for me and my man and usually always find something on the discount table i love..I really have been treated great at both locals..i especially like to be waited on by my favorite sales lady..I think her name is Judy..black hair,,cool glasses..even better attitude..we always like the same things...she rawks! I can't wait for the new store! I'll be there!"

"I am currently active duty Air Force and I purchased my 2006 Electra Glide Classic while in deployed to Kuwait. I had my bike delivered to Frieze Harley Davidson in Belleville. The Service Department had my bike ready a whole week ahead of when I was told it would be ready. This was the first excellent service I had received. Shortly after picking up my bike I was polishing it when I noticed that both mufflers were pitted, not extremely bad but bad enough I noticed it every time I looked at them. My Radio started shorting out my dash and I took it in to be worked on. I asked the service department if they could check if the mufflers would be covered under warranty. They had to order my radio and told me the mufflers were not covered. When I picked my bike up they had put new mufflers on it at no charge to me, even though they were not covered under warranty. This is the best service I have ever received from any dealership, be it motorcycles or automobiles. Thank you Frieze Service Department, if I need anything for my Harley I know where I am going."

"I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts at Christmas time, on getting the stereo that I ordered for my husband. It had not come in by Christmas Eve, which was very, very disappointing for me, but you went above and beyond and sent someone to another store to get it, and stayed open late, so he could have his wonderful stereo on Christmas day. He had been wanting a stereo/cd player for his "03 FLHT for quite sometime. Since he is always thinking of our family and others, before himself, I knew he truly deserved the stereo and decided to buy it for him for Christmas. After all, he loves his bike like it is his baby, which we also purchased new from you. "Purchasing my 1st Harley was a big step for me, I have wanted one for over 25 years but being in the military and raising a family I decided to wait till I retired from USAF and my children were a little older. I retired in 2004 and finally started visiting Frieze H-D Jun 05 for 2 months straight, one week after the 1st shipment of 2006's (Aug 06) I purchased my Dream a "Black, Heritage Classic" and been riding every day except during the snow, extreme rain or a few sub Zero days. "I purchased my '05 Heritage Softail in May 05 from Frieze HD and I absolutely love the RIDE. It sure is a much better ride for a 5'0" female than my '883 Hugger Sportster. It has a much lower center of gravity and much easier to handle with lots more power. Girls need power! :) If you're debating about whether to get a Sporster or a bigger bike - GO BIGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Girls really can handle the bigger bikes. It
s not about strength - it's about learning the techniques to ride just like the guys. If I can ride a big 'ole Softail - so can you. I absolutely believe that Frieze HD welcomes you as part of our awesome HD family!
